I want to shamelessly plug a few of my resources that made all of this happen.
San Diego Tiny House Enthusiast - Danielle Drummond courageously created this meetup group in San Diego a year ago and started building her house. The foundation of the group was already forming when I started my journey. I was allowed to use the meetup as a platform to lead (9) 2 hour meetings on tiny house construction methods. That process helped me tighten up my design and forced me to understand what the hell I was going to present to others about tiny house construction (always with a disclaimer). Special thanks to Danielle, Meli, Claire, Steve, Mariah, Ryan, Dave, Dave, Nicole, Ricardo, and the entire San Diego meetup community. Show up and good things will happen.

Tiny Home Builders - Dan Louche's book has been the bible of my build. Short, to the point, and helps get familiar with common construction terms to make internet research easier. I also bought his "Tiny Living" plans and a year subscription to his build videos. Much of my methods on this site are derived from his materials. At least pay the $20 for his book, you won't regret it.

Daniel Bell - I met Daniel at a Four Lights seminar back in February. He spoke for 8 hours about construction specifics. It was the best one day of learning I had. I've also consulted with him on a couple problems I had with my build. Very happy with the results.

Tiny Nest - This youtube station is the best and most comprehensive place for free video information that I've come across.

Tiny House Giant Journey - their website is solid but the interviews and tours on youtube are the most inspiring out there.

Shout out to all of my San Diego peeps - Chris, Thanasi, Caleb, Hall, Joseph, Ryan, Jodi, and Tress for putting their hands on building the project, my architectural buddy Jake for going over my plans, Gabe for provided a perfect build spot and valuable input during my freak outs, all my friends for showing support and interest, and my mom, dad, and brother Nick. Much gratitude.
